Women have the opportunity to develop quartets and octets within the chorus. Some quartets are a blend of Circle of Harmony members and women from other choruses.  We fully encourage and support singing in a quartets as it helps members to become better singers.

Just Jump! Quartet
Just Jump!

When Linda, Barbara, J.J. and Kathy formed their quartet in the summer of 2015, there was only one way to approach this new venture: Just Jump! The members of Just Jump! bring an extensive musical background to the quartet as performers, choral directors, coaches and educators.

  • Tenor Linda Hilko has several years of directing and coaching experience with Harmony, Incorporated groups
  • Lead Barbara Hodge is Master Director of Circle of Harmony chorus in Oakville
  • Bass J.J. Piccolotto is a member of Circle of Harmony with previous directing experience
  • Baritone Kathy Hanneson directs the Chord Spinners chorus in St. Jacobs

In May 2017, Just Jump! placed first in the Harmony, Inc. area 5 quartet contest. At the international competition in November 2016 in Providence, Rhode Island, they were top ten finalists, finishing in 8th place. Just Jump! will entertain you with music spanning various decades and genres, including swing, gospel, jazz, pop and musical theatre – all featuring the a cappella harmonies of the barbershop style. They are excited to take the leap into many more musical adventures as they share their performances with audiences near and far!

This foursome loves to sing! With a lot of hard work, fun and always a good dose of laughter, Christine, Lisa, Dianne and Sheri enjoy entertaining at various events and venues throughout the year.

Rezonation welcomed new bass Sheri Frey in June 2017 and are delighted with the musicality and harmonies that she brings to our quartet. We are passionate in our singing, we love to perform and we can’t wait to sing for you!
